The new Shipyard Creek Logistics Center has officially opened in North Charleston, promising hundreds of new jobs and expanded industrial capacity for the region. Developed by Capital Development Partners, the state-of-the-art facility spans more than 160,000 square feet and features direct rail and port access to the Port of Charleston.
The logistics center is home to major tenants, including East Coast Warehouse & Distribution, whose operations are expected to significantly boost regional supply-chain efficiency.
