Magnolia Landing, a transformative riverfront redevelopment, continues to move forward as construction activity ramps up and the project’s presence becomes more visible along Charleston’s upper peninsula. Developer Highland Resources recently received city approval to install a temporary marketing display to enhance visibility from Interstate 26.
The creative structure – built from three stacked, 40-foot shipping containers standing nearly 30 feet tall – will showcase Magnolia Landings name across the 190-acre site near King Street Extension and Braswell Street. The installation pays homage to the district’s industrial history while signaling the next phase of progress for this mixed-use community.
As part of the project team, Iskagna is providing development management services, helping guide the vision of Magnolia Landing from concept to reality. This landmark project represents more than just redevelopment – it reflects Charleston’s ongoing evolution, thoughtfully connecting the city’s rich industrial past with its dynamic and sustainable future along the Ashley River.
