Magnolia Landing, the nearly 200-acre, $2 billion mixed-use development on Charleston’s upper peninsula, is moving forward with plans for 26 acres of parks and green space. The project will bring homes, offices, hotels, shops, and restaurants to the Ashley River waterfront, with parks designed to connect it all into one cohesive neighborhood.
Iskagna Management has supported Highland Resources on the Magnolia Landing development since before the groundbreaking, providing project management services, including design and permitting oversight, as well as construction planning. Our team has drawn on local knowledge of the Charleston market to help navigate complex regulatory and environmental requirements, including securing FEMA approval that supports the city’s flood resiliency goals. Throughout the process, we’ve focused on clear communication with everyone involved to keep the project moving forward.
As Charleston continues to grow, Magnolia Landing represents a significant investment in the city’s future, transforming the upper peninsula into a connected, livable waterfront community while adding green space for residents and visitors alike.
