Days Inn motel razed to make way for Charleston’s Four Seasons Resort and Hotel

Source: The Post and Courier

The former Days Inn property on Meeting Street in downtown Charleston is being redeveloped into a luxury hotel and residential destination under the Four Seasons flag. Demolition of the existing motel has begun, marking the first step in transforming the prominent site into a high-end hospitality project within the city’s historic district.

The redevelopment will bring upscale hotel accommodations and private residences to one of Charleston’s most visible corridors. The project reflects the continued strength of Charleston’s tourism and hospitality market, as well as growing demand for luxury lodging in the region.

Iskagna Management is actively involved in the project, serving as a construction manager and supporting the delivery of the new development.

Once complete, the project is expected to further elevate Charleston’s hospitality offerings and reinforce the city’s position as one of the Southeast’s premier travel destinations.
