It takes many conversations to get a project started and Windsor Mill is no exception. We partnered closely with our client to gain council and community approval for this mixed-use project.
Based on community and feedback from local officials, we adjusted plans to ensure the project could move forward toward its goals while being mindful of the nearby neighborhoods.
