At the Magnolia Landing groundbreaking event

Years in the making, Magnolia Landing will be one of the most significant mixed-use investments in recent Charleston history. The project spans nearly two hundred acres and will bring multi-family housing, retail, hotels, and more to the Neck Area of Charleston’s peninsula. 

We’ve served as the project manager to navigate the local and federal regulatory environment and keep work moving along on this nearly $2 billion investment.
