East Coast Warehouse & Distribution’s planned warehousing project is an exciting and important piece of the logistics hub in the Charleston area. The project will bring a multimillion-dollar investment and 52 jobs to the North Charleston area. A planned 259,000 square feet of public refrigerated warehouse space will make distribution much easier and more efficient.
As the project manager, we’ve been able to dive in, provide local expertise, and help the work move forward for our client. Any logistics build-out requires a team that can manage the timeline and meet tenant needs to ensure the facility is ready on day one.
