On April 30, 2025, over 150 community, government, and industry leaders gathered at the North Charleston Coliseum for the Reality Check 2.0 workshop—an important regional planning event focused on the Tri-County area’s growth through 2045. Representing Iskagna Management, Matt Campbell joined this dynamic group to explore strategies for managing an estimated 270,000 new residents and 140,000 new jobs expected over the next two decades.
Hosted by the Berkeley-Charleston-Dorchester Council of Governments (BCDCOG) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the workshop served as a platform for collaborative planning across sectors. Participants engaged in a hands-on mapping exercise and discussions centered on key pillars of sustainable growth: infrastructure, housing, transportation, and equitable development.
At Iskagna, we recognize that thoughtful planning and proactive engagement are critical to the long-term success of the communities we serve. Our team is deeply committed to helping shape solutions that balance economic growth with community well-being, environmental responsibility, and resilience.
We’re proud to support conversations like Reality Check 2.0 that promote intentional development and strengthen our shared vision for the future.
