The Exchange at Indian Land is a planned mixed-use project that will feature townhomes, apartments, and other retail space. We were hired to manage the construction process and ensure pad-ready sites were prepared for development partners to begin building.
Breaking Through
To support future sewer line extension, our client negotiated an agreement with the AHJ to upsize 1,700 linear feet of offsite gravity sewer line from 15” to 18”. As subterranean work began to complete this phase of the project, contractors encountered granite rock that required additional equipment and blasting to move through it. We supported the process, vetted various workarounds, and managed scheduling delays by coordinating with everyone involved.
As each pad-ready site is completed, it’s a win for our client and their development partners to begin building.
