The Morris Sokol project is a significant component of a $200 million development in downtown Charleston, SC. This portion of the development includes a 170,000 SF upscale hotel complemented by approximately 10,000 SF of ground-floor retail. The project is managed through an Owner’s Representative and is being delivered via the CM-at-Risk delivery method.
Services for this project were provided by Iskagna’s principal during prior employment with Cumming Corporation, ensuring strategic coordination, budget oversight, and alignment with the owner’s vision.
