The GE Aviation CNC Facility, located in Ashville, NC, consists 170,000 SF of office and manufacturing space. Of the overall building, 140,000 SF is manufacturing space and 30,000 SF of office space. The overall project budget was $17.9 Million and the project was delivered via Design-Build.
