The Mercedes-Benz Parts Consolidation Center, located on Daimler’s campus in Vance, AL, consists of 1,000,000 SF of warehouse space and 5,000 SF of office space.
Construction was completed in 10-months during an 18-month development period. The overall project budget was $70.1 Million and the project was delivered via Design-Build.
