Located in growing Summerville, SC, we assisted our client and collaborated with their tenant, Depot Connect International, on the construction of their new tank wash and service facilities. Sitting on 38.96 acres. the development features an incoming and outgoing inspection canopy, a tank wash building, a service building with two 80’x30’ clear hangar doors, an office area, and a stone yard for tank storage. New utilities and tie-ins are complete. The development also includes a separated 3.6-acre gravel lot available for lease and two stormwater ponds.
With 10+ acres designated as non-jurisdictional wetlands, soil related issues had to be managed closely throughout the project. Creative geotechnical engineering solutions and close coordination with the entire construction team were cornerstones of success for Boasso.

Our team closely managed the project schedule and budget to ensure deadlines were met and yields were achieved.
