The 12,000 SF full-service dining facility for Auburn University. The $6.5 Million Construction Management Preconstruction Services project consisted of 232 seats designed to support Auburn’s athletic diet constraints, as well as serve the general student body. The project was completed during a ten month construction schedule, despite significant site constraints, and complex MEP systems.
