The Woolfe-Reid project represents the residential and additional retail portion of a larger $200 million mixed-use development in downtown Charleston, SC.
This phase includes 130,000 SF of luxury condominiums and approximately 10,000 SF of curated retail space. Developed by Global R.E. Group, a private family office based in Delray Beach, FL, the project was executed under a CM-at-Risk model with Owner’s Representative oversight. Iskagna’s principal contributed project management services while employed with Cumming Corporation, bringing extensive experience and leadership to the successful planning of this project.
