The construction of a 250,000 SF Residence Hall consisting of 209 high-end apartment style units and a three level post-tension parking facility with 577 parking spaces. The $70.1 Million construction management project was delivered as Construction Manager Agency with multiple prime contractors contracted by Auburn University. The project challenges included: two high visibility sites with significant site limit constraints and managing sub-par contractors who were contracted by the Sponsor.
