The Plaza at East Cooper, a mixed-use retail space ideally situated in the heart of Mount Pleasant, is currently undergoing a 40,000 square foot upfit. The approved conceptual plans call for a substantial exterior update, including façade and landscaping improvements, plus the addition of a pedestrian plaza. The interior space will also see updates that will allow for future built-to-suit tenant suites.
Iskagna, along with key consultants, Seamon Whiteside, Remark Studios, and The Middleton Group, have played an integral role in the redevelopment of this property. The project’s expected completion date was fall of 2022 prior to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
