With over 150,000 square feet, this modern cold storage warehouse and logistic company will be ideally situated just miles from the Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT). Together with FlexSpace Ventures and ARCO Design/Build, the project was completed in the summer of 2022.
Keeping Track
Our team performed weekly site visits and provided management during construction. The project required lots of coordination between FlexCold’s tenant, which included a proprietary mobile racking system that was built into the concrete floor slab.
