With ECW, our team represented the client and used our construction and permitting expertise to guide the project. The project posed an interesting challenge from the beginning. Our client’s property had a portion of the site leased to a government entity tenant. While scheduled to vacate, the tenant would still be on-site during preliminary construction.
We worked closely with management and decision makers to ensure the infrastructure our client needed was built-out, while avoiding unnecessary interruptions. We were also able to use our insights into government regulations and guidelines around design to ensure everything went according to plan. Our team kept everything on track and coordinated with everyone involved, which resulted in the design documents being approved.
Tackling a Utility Challenge
The site’s existing utilities could have disrupted the project timeline. We worked closely with the ownership team and the local utility Authority Having Jurisdiction and developed a solution that worked for everyone while keeping us on track.
We partnered with the contractor and our client to manage any permitting issues or roadblocks that appear during construction. We also managed the construction schedules and performed quality checks on behalf of our client.
