Nestled within the natural landscape of Johns Island, Charleston Collegiate School is expanding its campus with a new 11,200-square-foot academic facility designed to support continued growth and enhance the student experience. The project introduces new classroom and multi-use common space while reimagining the existing site to improve functionality, safety, and daily campus operations.
Enhancing Campus Functionality
In addition to the new academic building, the project includes strategic site improvements to add a central green space, increase parking capacity and streamline traffic flow with a new drop off loop – particularly during peak drop-off and pick-up times. These upgrades are designed to create a safer, more efficient experience for students, faculty, and families, while supporting the school’s long-term needs.
Supporting Growth from Day One
Iskagna has been engaged from early concept planning through move-in, providing project management support every step of the way. Our team is helping guide design decisions, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure alignment between the school’s vision and the execution of the project.
Delivering a Thoughtful Learning Environment
Through proactive communication and detailed planning, the project is positioned to deliver a functional, flexible, and welcoming academic space. The result will be an environment that not only supports Charleston Collegiate’s educational mission but also enhances the overall campus experience for years to come.
