Bay Pointe Apartments, originally known as Pidgeon Bay Apartments, was developed by JJR Development based in Charleston, SC. Bay Pointe is located just outside of downtown Summerville, SC. The complex comprises of 80 residences on six acres and includes a clubhouse, pool, playgrounds, dog park, and BBQ areas. The project was delivered via CM-at-Risk Cost Plus. Iskagna’s principal provided services on this project while employed by Cumming Corporation.
